Winter is hard, right? Finding a great date night idea is much harder when it is freezing, the days are much shorter, and everyone is feeling a little gloomy. But don't worry, we gotcha!

Black Ice Skating - Also located in the neighboring city Rigby, you can skate to your heart's content! Not only is it fun, but it is also cheap!  Skate for only $5 per person and you can rent skates for just $1.  Make sure you dress warm and check that it is open before you go!

Sledding at Smith Park - One of the best places to sled in Rexburg is up near the hospital at Smith Park. This date night is completely free (unless you need to grab some sleds, but don't worry they aren't to expensive at Walmart). Get your snow clothes on and be prepared for some speed and fun! Maybe even bring a thermos full of hot chocolate to stay warm!
