If the contract you want includes a parking pass, but you don't want the pass, go ahead and purchase the contract and then contact management at 208-356-9560 or email us at manager@thelandingrexburg.com. We can refund the parking pass amount. If you don't see any contracts listed, that means we currently don't have anyone trying to sell their contract. Be sure to check back often as this list is constantly changing!
